The new version of theis generated using Jekyll instead of Wordpress.

This site was mainly used to host Amleto, a network renderer for Newtek’s Lightwave 3D. As I no longer use Lightwave regularly, Amleto is no longer under active development.

While there isn’t much in the way of new content on the site yet, that will be changing over time.

There’s several Software and Hardware projects that i’ve been working on which i’ll be adding here. One of the projects that i’ve been tinkering with over the last couple of years is a raytracer called Spectra. I’ve recently started re-writing the code so progress of that will be posted here.

  • Render settings are no taken from the scene file and no longer changed by Amleto unless specified
  • When adding a new project, the output folder will be checked and existing frames will be skipped
